Return Policy and Process
As all orders are custom-manufactured to customer specifications based on supplied drawings and requirements, returns are generally not accepted. 3. Data Accuracy and Availability
While Strata aims to provide real-time visibility into production status, data is provided "AS IS" and may be subject to synchronization delays. Manufacturing schedules are dynamic; the status shown in Strata is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding delivery guarantee unless confirmed in writing by a project manager.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Strata platform, including its interface, code, and methodology, is the proprietary property of Callacore LLC. Your access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view your project data. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform.
5. Termination of Access
Callacore LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to the conclusion of a manufacturing engagement or violation of these terms.
